What difference a year makes.....

I have a habit of take a photo of the kids at the exact moment they were born, this year it meant sneaking into Kori's room in the middle of the night and, oops, waking her up by accident.

We celebrated Korinna's first birthday this last Sunday, she had a great time. Everything went well, except I burnt the cake, everyone said it tasted OK, but still....should everything be perfect for a first birthday?

My last project.....

Well, now that Kori is almost a year old......I finally finished the last few touches on the 'nursery'. Can you call it a nursery when the child is almost a one-year-old? I made four of these, Robert helped by cutting the wood, I think the thought of me with a circular saw just plain scared him! :) But, I painted and did the butterflies and the ribbon. Kami has two of them by her bed and kisses her butterfly goodnight every night!
