Ahhhh, Christmas....

As the saying goes, better late than never! So, here is 6weeks Christmas.........

The tree shone bright as Santa left his gifts...

A warm fire under the over-stuffed stockings...

Yummy cookies for Santa's belly....

Baked with love by 4 little weeks.....

Christmas morning started early, well the kids were ready to go a 2:15 am, yes you read that right, 2:15 am! But, we made them wait 'till 6:30 pm.

The excitement of unwrapping all their special gifts...

Christmas Program....

The 'big' kids Christmas Program was this week....

Kayla's class played the bells.....is that right, you play the bells or do you just ring them, anyone know?

Kade's class was the manger scene.

I didn't know that a donkey was watching over Jesus, ;) But, Kade was and boy, was he loud, he sang his sweet heart out and recited his verse's perfectly.

Oh Christmas Tree, Oh, Christmas Tree....

Yes, it is that time of year again....it's Christmas Tree hunting time!

So, off we headed with all the kids in tow, to find the perfect Christmas Tree, ya know.

We found one that looked just right and we brought it home the same foggy night.

But, before we could light the tree all a glow, Kade had to go and light himself up, you know! (please do not try this a home)

New ornaments were ready for the tree, let's count them...1

Thanksgiving......

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving...our was full of tradition, starting with the making of cranberry-orange relish, yum-o!!

A new tradition this year, I made breakfast 'turkeys'
