Well, our little Miss Korinna is a big blue highlighter! Yes, she is back at it again, an all you can eat buffet in the office. Speaking of which, I had better go....she is look at desert, a orange one now!

Mexico 2009

I took over 400 photos on our 7 day vacation....so I only picked a few to post here....very few! ;)

I fell in love with the sand in Mazatlan, it was golden and the patterns the ocean made were amazing!



This is one of the cliff divers.....they do about 5 dives a day for tips, that is how they support their families.

I fell in love with this plant/flower, the Bird of Paradise

The fresh bricks made by hand...they will soon find themselves in a new home or resort in town. The brick makers make about 1000 bricks a day (a nine hour day) and only make about 200 pasos a day (around about 14 US dollars)

This photo and the next few were from one of the small villages we visited....

And then we went zip lining......... Oh so much fun, but I was SOOOOOOO scared the first one we went on, about five stories up and WAY long!

Then, after nine lines, we had to do a vertical drop!

It's the 12th again, time for twelve on twelve!

Hearing is 20/20.....

Kami had her hearing checked this week...she was a little leery of all the scary equipment at the ear, nose and throat doctor's, but she did great. "Passing" her hearing test....I say "passing" because they had to ask her if she heard the beeps and she nodded yes. So I am not sure if she heard them or just said she did! But, her ears look great, so next we are off to get a speech development evaluation......

An exploration into the toddler diet.....

Oh, now I know!

The toddler diet can vary form household to household, depending on the environment, like if said household has pets, the toddler diet may include dog food, or if a household has vegan parents...that toddler is only going to eat meat if they find an old hot dog at the park! But, in this household the toddler diet includes highlighters...blue are the preferred flavor, but yellow sufficed today, I am guessing that the fact that the blue ones had already been consumed factored into that.
