New Bikes!

We picked up 'real' bikes for the girls this week, Dora for Kori and
Disney Princess for Kami.

Kori is struggling on the whole pedaling thing, but she is working on it.
Kami is our newest daredevil, I always said that Kade would be the first one I would have to call 911 for, but I have now decided it will be Kami, she took two big spills in the first half-hour on her bike and she is still riding 'balls-out'! ;)

First Haircuts....

Yesterday I took the girls into Pigtail and Crew Cuts to get their very first haircuts!

We took almost three inches off of Kami's....
and she looked lovely!

With Kori, we just evened up her hair, cutting off her 'baby mullet'

She was oh, so pretty in pigtails!

After we went to a nice lunch at the Macaroni Grill, our first time there, and it was yum-o!

Mt Hood Swim Meet....

Kayla had her first swim meet this last weekend and she is hooked! We will be spending a lot of time pool side form now on!

She swam the 50 free, 100 free, 50 butterfly, 50 back, and 50 breast.

I will update this post when I have a complete list of her times and places.

Chick Watch 2010

A Quail couple have moved into one of my flower pots....

The Dad stalks the fence...

The eggs are nestled in tight

And the Mom is doing her job, keep the eggs warm

My kids and all their friends are awaiting the arrival of all the little Quail chicks (they are called chicks, right?) hopefully in about 20 more days they will be here.....

Kade graduated from Kindergarten

And Kami Graduated for her 3/4 year old Preschool class

Our Little Ballerina.....

This little blue eyed girl will be keeping me busy this weekend.

She will be in three performances of Gallery's Giselle.

She will twirl

and dance

and prance

And I will be the happy proud mama cheering her on.
